Dr. Tom Nowicki of Mineral Services Canada, P.Geo. (B.Sc Hons Geology, MSc Minerals Exploration, PhD Geochemistry) is the Company's Qualified Person pursuant to NI43-101 for the Mothae project in Lesotho.
